Welcome to Watti ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our mobile applications (Customer, Driver, and Vendor apps) and our administrative portals (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
1. Description of Services
Watti provides an on-demand logistics and delivery software ecosystem that connects:
 * Customers: Users who browse, order food or items, and request dispatch services.
 * Vendors: Independent merchant partners who list products and manage orders via our back-office portals.
 * Drivers: Independent courier service providers who accept, transport, and deliver orders.
Watti acts strictly as a technology platform connecting these parties and is not responsible for the preparation of products or individual actions of independent drivers.
2. User Accounts
 * You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
 * You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
 * We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
3. Payments, Fees, and Printing
 * Customers agree to pay all applicable product costs, delivery fees, and service charges at the time of checkout.
 * Vendors are responsible for processing digital payments safely and may utilize supported physical hardware (such as SUNMI POS systems) to print instantaneous transactional receipts.
4. Location and Background GPS Tracking
 * To ensure delivery accuracy, the Driver application tracks location data in the background.
 * Drivers must grant continuous location permissions while on duty to allow the platform to calculate routes and provide live tracking to customers and vendors.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Watti and its parent company, Alfadaia AI Limited, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Watti operates.
